SFH Company produces cast parts ranging from under one kilogram up to 8 tons.
Due to the wide range of properties of the products requested by customers, providing instant pricing is not feasible. However, by contacting our commercial department and submitting the details of your request, we will be able to provide you with the pricing information. The casting of steel and cast iron parts at Hajm Sepahan Steel Company is carried out based on part drawings, reverse engineering from original parts, manufacturing from 3D files, and also based on pre-built part models. The company's technical and engineering department is capable of developing technologies and producing various parts using multiple methods. The casting process at Hajm Sepahan Steel is performed using manual CO2 sand molding systems.
Quality control involves thorough inspections at various stages of production, including checking raw materials, monitoring melting temperature and time, and inspecting final parts for cracks and defects. Non-destructive tests such as UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), and PT (Penetrant Testing) are also utilized to evaluate the parts.
