Steel Making
Due to the need for regular and day-to-day repair and replacement of parts and the need for parts in the very sensitive ovaries of this industry, despite the baking furnaces and the continuous construction of steel, the system produced must have high resistance to wear, fatigue, corrosion and high temperatures.
These features extend the useful life of the parts and their specifications include:
Rolling rollers: these parts are used to form steel in the rolling process and must have very high resistance to wear, pressure and heat. Wear and heat resistant liners and
plates: these parts are used in various sectors such as cooking furnaces and material handling equipment and require resistance to temperature and wear.
Fan blades and pumps: parts used in cooling and material handling systems that require high precision and wear and corrosion resistance.
Furnace and Patil parts: these parts are used to transport and store molten materials at very high temperatures and are usually made of heat-resistant alloys.
Gears and mechanical parts: many steelmaking equipment requires moving parts and large gears that are produced through casting.
