Quality assurance is a fundamental pillar at Hajm Sepahan Steel Factory, and our goal is to deliver products of excellent quality that comply with industrial standards and meet customer needs.

The Quality Assurance Department of our company operates based on international ISO 9001 standards, ensuring that all production and service processes are designed and monitored according to these standards to achieve the desired quality level for our products and services.

Activities of the Quality Assurance Department:

1. Control of Raw Materials Quality:

   • Inspecting and approving the quality of incoming materials in accordance with standards.

2. Production Process Control:

   • Monitoring all casting stages to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

3. Physical and Chemical Testing:

   • Conducting specialized tests on final products (e.g., chemical composition, strength, hardness, etc.).

4. Compliance with Standards:

   • Ensuring that products comply with national and international standards.

5. Documentation and Reporting Management:

   • Recording and providing quality reports to support continuous improvement.

6. Handling Customer Complaints:

   • Reviewing and analyzing customer complaints and proposing corrective actions.

7. Conducting Internal Audits:

   • Identifying weaknesses and improving production and quality control processes.

8. Employee Training:

   • Conducting training sessions to enhance employee knowledge in quality assurance.
